I believe that while we each have a different vision of health & vitality, there is one universal truth we can all embrace--to feel as good as possible while we are here on this earth. Eat Real Food. Real, clean, quality, mostly whole, unprocessed, organic foods.

Preferably Homemade. When you control your ingredients, you empower yourself to make the best choices!

Combos Matter. A strategic combination of quality macronutrients (PFCs--Proteins, Fats, Carbs) and Micronutrients (MVPs--Minerals, Vitamins, Phytonutrients) support optimal digestion and satiety.

1:1 HEALTH COACHING

As a National Board-Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and Founder of BrandCraftYOU, I work with clients to support their health & vitality goals through private, confidential, 1:1 Zoom or in-person sessions. Based on client preference, I am also a fan of walking meeting sessions!

GROUP SESSIONS

The group dynamic is very special and provides support based on specific healthy lifestyle-related topic(s) to support lasting behavior change. From corporate wellness groups to practitioner patient groups to custom mother-daughter sessions to family, friend, and even "leading up to a special event" (e.g., wedding) groups, this is a powerful, customized option.

POWERFUL GROUP WELLNESS COACHING

"I initially joined the Group Wellness Coaching Program via encouragement from my medical provider. I I feared declining health as I aged and saw indications that I needed to act based on lab work. I was having trouble finding the motivation & drive to address some personal health issues and found success in the past being involved in group processes that allowed for follow-up and accountability!

Time to take charge! The course gave me focus, knowledge & the realization that many are struggling with the same issues. ‘There’s no magic pill, no one is going to fix us. It’s up to each of us to empower self’ was foundational for me.

The program focused on various topics. Some I felt I was already good at incorporating into my life, yet I still found very valuable. I am a great exerciser, but negligent in stretching & toning. I learned some great simple exercises to do in my daily living. I also thought I ate healthy, but I learned that the order/sequence of food is very important in terms of how nutrients are utilized & stored in your body. I came to realize I am a stress eater and gained skills of stress reduction to set goals for my eating patterns. I learned to be kinder to myself and to take smaller steps that can lead to success! My favorite topics were nutrition, environmental toxins & how to set a realistic action plan. My most favorite part was getting to know others in the group and watch them open to new ideas and flourish (and that includes me!). Conversations ignited reflection and “aha” moments, people shared their experiences and even became valuable resources within the group!
